Proper care and usage will keep the ring going for a long time. Below picture illustrates how you can properly care for your ring.

If you have any size variation, we will make a replacement within 7 days of delivery, but we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping.

How to Initiate A Refund

In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at +2348109923711 with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of the return shipping process.

Returns

we are happy to assist you with returns subject to the following criteria:

  • The products should be purchased only from www.ctbliss.com and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 day refund period.
  • Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept a return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of an exchange, we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario, your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
